UEFA Champions League
Kick off: November 4th, 2014 1945 PM GMT
Today’s game is rather important, Arsenal are on a three game winning strak and will be looking to continue their good form especially with an important run of fixtures coming up. Anderlecht was the team against which we started this run with a brilliant comeback win at Brussels, and if we win today then we can also assure qualification for the knockout stages of the Champions League.
The team is a strong one. Szczesny starts between the sticks, and Mertesacker and Monreal are the centre backs. Gibbs and Chambers start out wide, both have been very impressive lately. In central midfield, Arteta is partnered by Ramsey. This is a change from the past couple of games but a necessary one; before Ramsey came on against Burnley we were lacking the urgency and drive in midfield.
In the advanced positions, we have the Ox, Cazorla and Sanchez. These are the best picks for us, and Welbeck leads the line up front.
As substitutes, both Walcott and Podolski looked lethal after coming on late in the game, and we will see the same today, though they will probably feature earlier.
