Today’s result was one of the worst performances I have seen in recent times. The game boggled belief; several players didn’t turn up throughout the game and Wenger looked out of his depth, utterly clueless as to what to do. This loss also highlighted how far Arsenal have regressed from the same time last season and showed how flawed our transfer policy was.
Our defence in particular was totally at sea. Mertesacker and Monreal still need to develop their chemistry and Calum Cambers might have been a spectator today. The lack of depth and confidence is killing us.
After much shock and disbelief, I decided to go on to Twitter to see how others are coping. Here are some of the best tweets of the hour.

Unfortunately there comes a time when enough is enough. Arsenal fans are reaching a tipping point. We've been patient for years now.

I take no pleasure in being proved right about Wenger. His managerial decay has been very distressing to watch for any Arsenal fan.

Boy did Wenger bury his head in the sand today. Chambers hung out to dry at right-back, 120 cap forward left on the bench. Very poor!

Not even gonna defend arsenal anymore, I give up with football on a whole… May start playing golf instead

1min silence RT @Sportive23_: Arsenal have conceded more headed goals this season than Southampton have conceded goals. Unbelievable.

Sanchez "When I die I want my Arsenal team mates to bury me so they can let me down one last time"
