Alexis Sanchez has made a huge impact at every club he has played for, both on and off the field according to former Udinese teammate Matej Vydra, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Currently on loan at Championship side Watford, Vydra claims Sanchez offered so much more than his quality on the pitch. Despite his tender age when he first joined the club, the Chilean allegedly possessed the qualities of a coach, and looked to help his teammates wherever he could.
“He will help Arsenal’s players. When at Udinese, every day he tried to make his team-mates better and it’s good when someone helps you. He was young but was like a coach and wanted to help,” said Vydra.
The 26-year-old is already looking like a bargain at £30m, with his performances on the pitch dragging us over the line on a number of occasions this season. To think that he is capable of offering so much more, just goes to show what an absolute gem we have got on our hands.
Sanchez is unquestionably a player of immense quality, and has been one of the top performers in the Premier League this season. If he can teach and instruct some of our younger players to follow in his footsteps, then we are destined for a golden age of football at Arsenal.
