There is obvious improvement needed in this area and when looking at clubs like Chelsea and Liverpool, they suffer significantly lower number of soft tissue injuries which are preventable. This is further highlighted by the case of Cesc Fabregas, he continuously had hamstring strains, but at Chelsea he is ever-present.
