Everton caused us some real problems last season – a draw at the Emirates and a 3-0 win at Goodison Park helping them to a fifth placed Premier League finish.
We brushed them aside on our way to FA Cup glory, but overall they looked a far stronger team than they had in years.

Roberto Martinez’s current side are a shadow of their former selves however, languishing in twelfth place and struggling to get any traction in the league.
The Toffees have looked defensively frail this campaign, which is in stark contrast to their heroics the previous season.
They looked a quality side last season, with few goals conceded and on loan Chelsea star Romelu Lukaku scoring freely.
The Belgian has been ineffective since making his move to Goodison permanent in a £28m deal however, and his poor form has been one of the main reasons for their struggles.
All of this aside, we can’t afford to underestimate Everton this Sunday in any way.
They are still a dangerous team, and unfortunately for us Lukaku may be hitting form at the wrong time. He has scored several goals in recent games, and looked confident and lethal in their Europa League clash with Swiss side Young Boys.
He has caused us real problems in the past, and has a habit of scoring against us.
We are desperate for a win after the Monaco debacle, and need to keep up the pressure in the Premier League with all three points, especially as Man United have jumped back above us into third spot following their win over Sunderland.
