On loan Arsenal star Ryo Miyaichi scored a fantastic goal in the Netherlands on Monday night, smashing a shot in off the crossbar while playing for FC Twente’s B-Team.
The 22-year-old contributed to his side’s 3-1 win over De Graafschap, opening the scoring with this fantastic effort.
He breezed past two players as he cut inside, before slamming a shot in off the crossbar – the keeper flapping helplessly at the venomous strike.
Injuries have hampered the Japanese star’s rise at Arsenal – so much so that his Emirates career looks likely to come to an end. He seems unlikely to ever make it at the club, although it’s hard to say definitively considering the recent rise of Francis Coquelin.
