Fans dread seeing their players in football kits from their youth, as it’s hardly ever the team they are playing for now – and no one wants to see one of their stars in a rival’s shirt.
Thankfully Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s first football kit was not of Tottenham or Chelsea, but that of good old England.
His parents clearly had big plans for their young star, and bought him a kit with plenty of room to grow into.
The 21-year-old is certainly living up to expectations too, and should be a regular in the Arsenal and England team for years to come.
Chamberlain’s father was also in the England squad, and will obviously be delighted his son has followed suit.
