The 22-year-old joined the Spanish giants nearly two years ago for €30m, and he has been used on a regular basis by Carlo Ancelotti this season, making 29 appearances in La Liga. However, according to the Daily Mirror, he will be allowed to leave the Bernabeu in the summer, as the Champions League holders attempt to make room for Paul Pogba and Marco Veratti.
But, it would take a bid of £35m to prise the Spanish international away from the club.
Two years ago, it would have been difficult to imagine the former Valencia man moving in such a big-money deal. However, the signings of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez since, have proved that we are willing to bring in marquee names.

Manchester City may be in the running for the time being, and could possibly be in pole position for the player, as Manuel Pellegrini worked with him at Malaga. But, with the Chilean’s future in doubt, and the Citizens’ own chances of Champions League football next season looking slimmer with each poor performance, we could well be seeing Isco regularly at the Emirates next season.
He could also be joined at the Gunners by current teammate Sami Khedira, after the Daily Express reported earlier in the week that the German – whose contract expires in the summer – is still considering his options.
