Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels looks closer than ever to making the switch to the Premier League, according to the Express, who link Arsenal to his signature once again.

The 26-year-old has been tipped to make the biggest decision of his career this summer, with Manchester United also credited with an interest.
He claims he is still undecided over his future, only fuelling speculation that he could be on his way out of Dortmund come the end of the season.
The Bundesliga side are apparently unwilling to sit back and wait while he makes his mind up however, and are looking to either tie him down to a new long term deal or cash in on him now.
Hummels is set to be offered a bumper new contract to keep him at the club, and Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke claims he hopes to keep him beyond this season.
“We continue to plan with him,” he said.
“We will continue our dialogue with Mats regarding our collaboration.”
A reporter from German publication Kicker claims it’s do or die time for Hummels however, insisting that if he doesn’t extend his current deal then he will be sold.
“Mats Hummels is considering [his future]. And BVB have offered him a new contract with a higher salary. It’s extend or say goodbye now,” he said on Twitter.
With Dortmund struggling this season however, the German international may believe it’s time to move on – a sentiment German legend Franz Beckenbauer understands well.
“At 26, Hummels is at the best age to make the move to England,” Beckenbauer said.
“I can understand his thinking well.”
It’s hard to see Arsene Wenger bringing Hummels to the Emirates, especially after acquiring Gabriel Paulista from Villarreal this past January.
The Dortmund captain would surely cost a huge amount, and Wenger seems happy with his centre-back options at the moment.
