Arsenal legend Thierry Henry believes that a home win on April 29th, when first and second meet in the Premier League, will heat up a title race which seemed a forgone conclusion only weeks ago, our record goalscorer said on Sky Sports.
Our sensational run, winning eight consecutive league games, has moved us to within four points of league leaders Chelsea who essentially only have one game in hand over Arsene Wenger’s men due to the fact we’re playing them at the end of the month.
The Blues take on Man United next weekend whilst we contest a FA Cup semi-final against Reading, which means our game against Sunderland at home will be played in the final week of the season.

Therefore, Henry has earmarked the game at the Emirates Stadium against Chelsea as a pivotal moment in the season and should we win, the Frenchman believes that Jose Mourinho’s men will start to question themselves. If that is to happen however, Wenger would be winning his first ever game against the Portuguese coach.
“If they beat Chelsea, they will put some doubt in their mind,” Henry said on Sky’s Saturday Night Football.

“But there is one thing I want to go back to what Aaron Ramsey said.
“He said, and we clearly understood because he said it two or three times, that he doesn’t like it much playing on the right of midfield. But this will do a job for the team.”
The win against Burnley had all the characteristics of a side intent on taking advantage of any slip-up from Chelsea, realising that at this stage of the season, only the three points matter.
It’s unlikely – but while the title is still a mathematical possibility, we’ll continue to dream.
