Jurgen Klopp has made the shock announcement that he will be leaving Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, with a number of Premier League clubs put on alert, as reported by The Telegraph.
We have been linked with a move for the German manager in the past (via the Express), and he was at one point the favourite to replace Arsene Wenger, whenever the Frenchman does move on.
He looks to be staying however, much to the disappointment of Arsenal ‘fan’ Piers Morgan.
The celebrity supporter took to Twitter as soon as the news of Klopp’s imminent exit broke, begging Arsenal to sign him up.
Not every fan agreed with him however, and there were more than a few who felt it wasn’t the right time to get rid of our long standing boss.
Arsenal would be perfect for Jurgen Klopp – and he would be perfect for Arsenal. Sign him.

Klopp has been linked with Arsenal for a long time, but it’s easy to see why many are saying the time isn’t right. We are arguably playing better football than we have in almost a decade, and are poised to finish strongly this season.
We are finally out of the financial mire we were stuck in for so many years, and look to be building a superb team capable of fighting for titles in the coming years. I am a fan of Klopp, and I wouldn’t necessarily mind him replacing Wenger eventually (although I believe there could be potentially better options), but I don’t think he is worth prematurely ousting Le Prof for.
