Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud has been quietly going about his business since his return from a broken ankle injury in November, and leads the Premier League in terms of minutes-to-goals ratio, the Mirror reports.
With 14 goals in 16 Premier League appearances, the Frenchman, as one could imagine, has a goal ratio which is unmatched among the forwards in the league.
Giroud failed to score in his seventh consecutive Premier League game against Burnley, but his improvement this season has been considerable as he looks on course to exceed his tally of 23 goals in all competitions last campaign.
In the FA Cup, Wenger has chosen for an alternative striker to lead our forward line, so it remains to be seen whether or not the Frenchman will start at Wembley in our semi-final against Reading on Saturday.

19 goals is the current tally which tops the Premier League’s charts and Giroud would need to continue his sharpness in front of goal if he’s to claim the Golden Boot for the first time.
