Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has challenged his side to maintain their 100% record in the run-in to take advantage of any potential slip-up by league leaders Chelsea.
The win against Liverpool momentarily put us four points behind the Blues, who later extended their lead after stumbling to a win at home to Stoke City.
Jose Mourinho still has to bring his side to the fortress which the Emirates Stadium has now become later on this month and Wenger accepts that our chances of catching the league leaders are minimal.

“But now you can see that when we have everybody back, we can compete and the number of points we have made shows we have the quality to fight at the top.”
Should we fall just short and finish second, that would still be our highest league finish since 2005 when we were runners up to Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea.
With four of our last seven games at home, Wenger is certainly being realistic in his demands and a fully-fit Arsenal squad should be looking to take maximum points from now until the end of the season.
