Arsenal stars Calum Chambers and Theo Walcott were among a number of first team players who took part in a photoshoot for the club’s official provider of suits.
After a number of years, our tradition of arriving on matchdays in sharp suits was reinstalled in November 2013, with the club announcing a deal with French tailors Lanvin (via The Telegraph).
Many fans were irritated by how long it took for this tradition to return and were left stunned when the team arrived at Wembley for the 2011 League Cup final in club tracksuits.
Arsenal transfer rumours
The aforementioned duo were joined by Mikel Arteta, David Ospina, Mathieu Flamini, Jack Wilshere and Mesut Ozil. Lanvin will certainly be delighted that the team will be showing off their new tailored suits in another showpiece Wembley final come May as we look to defend our FA Cup trophy.
Before then however, we have a massive fight on our hands to claim second place in the table and lay down a marker for next season as Chelsea’s main title challengers.
Here are some snaps from the photoshoot.
