Boyhood Arsenal fan and Spurs icon Gareth Bale took to Twitter and wished Aaron Ramsey and Theo Walcott good luck ahead of our FA Cup final, something which will not go down well across the divide.

Bale, upon securing his dream move to Real Madrid, revealed that he was indeed an Arsenal fan as a boy and idolised the likes of Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira.
“I used to actually like Arsenal a lot,” he was quoted as saying (via the Daily Mail).
“Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira were amazing footballers.”
Bale joined Tottenham Hotspur from Southampton in 2007 and became one of the best players in their modest history. Having now signed for one of the biggest clubs in the world, the Welshman’s true colours are starting to show.
Arsenal transfer rumours
The 25-year-old grew up with Walcott in the Saints academy and is obviously one of the leading men in the Welsh national team alongside Ramsey.
Constantly a threat in the north London derby, Bale may have been keen to impress in the hope that he would one day be able to pull on the red and white of Arsenal.
Bale’s period in the Spanish capital has gone rather sour in recent weeks with his own fans constantly giving him abuse (via The Telegraph), and a move back to the Premier League seems inevitable.
With our every growing financial power coupled with the calibre of players we now have in the squad, could we potentially help Bale realise his dream?
