Alexis Sanchez opened the scoring with less than half an hour on the clock, and he doubled his tally just before half time to give Hull City a mountain to climb.
The Chilean’s deflected free kick got us started, with Steve Harper unable to prevent our summer signing from finding the back of the net.
Aaron Ramsey doubled our lead moments later, with the Welshman converting after a fantastic Santi Cazorla pass.
Ramsey turned provider just before the break, putting a sublime pass through the lines to play in Alexis Sanchez. The former Barcelona star raced away from the defenders and was left one on one with the keeper. He rounded Harper easily, slotting into the open goal to make it 3-0.

We were fantastic in the first half, dominating the home side right from the first whistle. Sanchez has struggled for goals in the second half of the season, but he looks to be getting back to his best after looking somewhat burnt out.
There could be plenty more goals in this game, with the team playing with real attacking intent.
