Arsenal star Lukas Podolski looks set to imminently complete his move to Galatasaray after being pictured on their official club channel while in the Turkish capital.
The World Cup winner has been heavily linked with the Turkish giants in recent weeks and it seems as though a move is close (via ESPN).
Podolski spent the second half of last season on loan at Inter Milan and endured a tough time, netting only once during his spell at the San Siro.
Despite Arsene Wenger confirming that the loan deal didn’t have an ‘option to buy’ clause inserted into it (via Arsenal.com), Podolski’s future looked bleak once he accused the boss of not communicating with him throughout the negotiations which saw him go to Italy.
“He said nothing to me. He did not call me or say goodbye,” Podolski said in January (via The Sun).

Wenger, as expected, completely denied the German’s claims and it was at that point many couldn’t envisage seeing a return to north London for the former Bayern Munich man (BBC Sport).
Podolski’s time with us, if this move does happen, will be looked at with fondness – mainly due to his off-field performances rather than what he did on the pitch.
A player who clearly cares about our club, Podolski was sadly unable to maintain the intensity he showed in the first few months following his arrival.
