And according to reports in The Metro, that man could be the Galatasaray and Uruguay stopper Muslera, who has been in fine form for both club and country in recent years. The 28-year-old has made more than 150 appearances for the Turkish giants, guiding them to three league titles and two domestic cup wins.
He’s also continued to hold-down his place as Uruguay’s number one. He’s won 66 caps in total, having played at both the 2010 and 2014 World Cup, and will be aiming to help guide his team to glory at this summer’s Copa America.
Muslera kept an impressive eleven clean-sheets last season and has also attracted interest from Manchester United – according to reports in Turkey (via Radyospor). He’s previously stated that he’s dreamed of playing in the Premier League and he’d likely be a welcome addition to our squad.
