Arsenal’s new signing Petr Cech is facing the full wrath from a large section of Chelsea supporters following his move across London to join us, and it seems that someone has tampered with his Wikipedia page, The Evening Standard reports.
Very few players move between Arsenal and Chelsea – such is the intense rivalry between the two clubs – and the fact that we’ve snatched one of their best ever players is certainly affecting the Stamford Bridge faithful.
After 11 years of wonderful service, one would’ve expected the Chelsea fans to understand the predicament that Cech found himself in through no fault of his own.
The arrival of Thibaut Courtois meant that Cech was no longer an automatic first choice, and given his age the 33-year-old is at a stage of his career where game time is vital.
Therefore, why should he have to uproot his whole family when there is a top club offering him what he wants practically on his doorstep?

Chelsea fans haven’t taken this viewpoint and it seems as though Cech will be in for some rough treatment once we meet the Blues next season – with at least three fixtures guaranteed.
