We have recently been linked with a move for Juventus defender Daniele Rugani, and reports even suggest we have seen a €22m (£15.4m) bid rejected, as reported y the Metro.
The report seems to have originated from Sky Sports Italia, with journalist Omid Zamani echoing the rumour on Twitter.
SKY Italia reports that in the last few hours Arsenal made a bid of 22 million euros for Daniele #Rugani but Juventus rejected the bid.

It seems strange that we would be chasing the 20-year-old centre-back, as for once we have a plethora of options at the back.
Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny are unquestionably our first choice pairing, with new boy Gabriel sure to be angling for more game time in 2015/16.
We also have Calum Chambers, who looked fantastic when deployed in a more central role last season.
Mathieu Debuchy and Nacho Monreal are able to fill in at centre-back in emergencies too, so signing Rugani seems a little redundant.
If Wenger is serious about signing the promising young defender, you’d expect another one of our stars to suffer. Either Mertesacker – who splits opinion and has come in for a lot of criticism – would be forced out, or the development of Chambers would be stunted.
