Pre-season has once again reminded many that we have a plethora of midfield options to choose from which as led Jack Wilshere to reportedly seek assurances over his position in the team.
The 23-year-old told reporters after our win against Singapore that he will be speaking to Arsene Wenger about his role next season.
“I haven’t spoken to the boss [Wenger] about what plans he has for me — but I will do before the start of the season,” Wilshere was quoted as saying in The Independent.
