We enjoyed a positive international break for once, with our players returning injury free after a number of excellent performances.
Several players got themselves on the scoresheet while away, and hopefully we are now able to carry on from where we left off after our 3-0 win over Manchester United.
Here are four key points from the international break:
4) Alexis Sanchez is well and truly back to his best
Alexis was superb last season, but fatigue following an action packed summer meant he wasn’t at his best at the start of the new campaign. But with six goals in his last three Arsenal games and now three goals in two games for Chile, he looks to have his sights well and truly locked on goal once again.
