Nicklas Bendtner is a cult icon at Arsenal, and his popularity at the club has certainly shot up since his departure. He is a social media mainstay, and his face is constantly plastered all over Twitter in one meme or another. For this reason and countless more, Arsenal fans would have been thrilled to hear that there was a movie about the great Dane in the making. Unfortunately however, the trailer that has been released is nothing more than a spoof.
The VfL Wolfsburg star is affectionately nicknamed The Greatest Striker That Ever Lived, and is immortalised wherever possible.
With Cristiano Ronaldo getting a movie made of his career, it would be wrong for Bendtner not to get one of his own. Which is why it’s a shame that this trailer created by talkSPORT is nothing more than a spoof.
Check out the video below:
Bendtner boasted a huge amount of talent as a youngster, but never quite realised his potential (or at least he’s yet to do so).

It’s a shame this film is fake, but hopefully we’ll see a real Bendtner movie released in the future. One can dream.
