Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere have spent months and months sidelined with injury, with the England international yet to even play a game for the senior side this season. They’re both back in full training now though, and both were snapped alongside the rest of the team ahead of our clash with West Bromwich Albion this Thursday.
It seems highly unlikely that either player will play any part in the game, although given his recent success with the U21s we could potentially see Wilshere on the bench.
Wilshere has been playing with the youth team for a couple of weeks, but Cazorla is only just on his way back from injury. It’s unclear whether the Spaniard will even be able to play before the end of the campaign, but at least he’s back in full training.

Wilshere will almost certainly feature in the next couple of games, and hopefully he immediately finds the form he was showing before his injury. He got back among the goals for the U21s on Monday, and will be hoping to continue in that vein for the senior side.

He will also be praying he can prove himself enough to earn a place with the England squad this summer, as he’ll be desperate to feature in the Euro 2016 Championships.
Arsenal transfer news
It’s obviously too late for either player to make a major impact with Arsenal, but we really need both men to get back to full fitness ahead of next season.
