Calum Chambers has been tipped to make an Arsenal exit this summer, with the England international apparently available to be loaned out (via The Telegraph). The player himself doesn’t want to think about his future just yet though, and insists he will talk about it after this summer, as reported by The Evening Standard.

Coming off the back of the England U21s’ success at the Toulon Tournament, Chambers will no doubt be flying high. Playing regular football is his priority though, and with the 21-year-old unlikely to get that at Arsenal, he may be forced to play his football elsewhere next season.
He insists he’s not thinking about that yet though, and just wants to enjoy his summer.
“For me, I just want to play games, so, yeah, that’s it for me,” he said.
“But at the moment I am not thinking too much about next season, I just want to go and enjoy my summer. Then we’ll get back at it soon.”

As The Telegraph states, Arsene Wenger is looking to bring a new centre-back to the club this summer. That would seem impossible with four centre-backs already at the club that would seem difficult, but if Chambers were to be allowed out on loan then that we free up a space.

The report suggests we’re looking to bring in Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly, who would be an absolutely phenomenal replacement for Chambers. He looks like he’d make a fantastic partner for Laurent Koscielny, so hopefully a deal gets done.
