Guardiola has already brought Ilkay Gundogan to Manchester City, and the Spaniard is apparently keen on bringing Hector Bellerin to the club as his next signing, according to the Daily Star.

Bellerin was once again fantastic this season, so has understandably been linked with a move away to some of the world’s biggest clubs. Barcelona have been heavily tipped to make a big money move for the 21-year-old, but Arsene Wenger is obviously determined to hold onto him.
The report suggests we’d refuse any bid for the young right-back, and rightly so. He’s one of the best full-backs in the game at the moment, and he has an incredibly bright future ahead of him.
Guardiola is clearly looking to revamp the squad a little at Manchester City, with his current right-back options arguably not good enough. Pablo Zabaleta and ex-Arsenal man Bacary Sagna are both getting on in years, and with the Argentine’s recent injury concerns Guardiola appears to be looking towards the future.
Thankfully, Bellerin has pretty much ruled out an Arsenal exit (via the Metro), insisting that he’s happy in north London and can’t see himself playing anywhere else. This is a fantastic show of loyalty and is something we don’t often see in modern football, hopefully it isn’t all talk from the youngster, and he really is determined to stay at the Emirates.

Arsene Wenger is the man who gave him his chance and the opportunity to become the player he is today, so it’s great that he’s returning the manager’s faith.
Arsenal transfer news
There’s really no reason that Bellerin should want to leave anyway, as it’s not like Manchester City have looked a strong side recently. They even looked likely candidates to drop out of the top four and miss out on Champions League football at one point, while we finished second during what was widely considered a disastrous season for us. Arsene Wenger’s positive movements in the transfer market will certainly give the rest of the team a boost, and hopefully next season will be a big one for Arsenal.
