Alex Iwobi recently shared the best qualities of his fellow squad members at the Emirates as witnessed by the Arsenal man during the club’s training sessions.
Speaking in an interview with FourFourTwo, the forward revealed the quickest player in the team and stating the obvious, it is Hector Bellerin.
“I didn’t believe it was him until we did the tests and he won. It was crazy,” he said.
While Theo Walcott is also known as the speedy player he doesn’t hold a candle to Bellerin’s speed. The defender broke the striker’s sprint record last year for 40m covering it in just 4.42 seconds.
The Spaniard clocked time for 40m was quicker than Usain Bolt’s time of 4.64 seconds for the same distance he covered while setting a record in the 100m in 2009.
Iwobi was also asked who runs the most during training and while he named Sanchez as the most hard-working player, it was Elneny who took the title for the most mileage despite the Chilean’s impressive work-rate on the pitch making constant runs in and out of the box.

“He’s just everywhere,’ Iwobi added speaking about Elneny.
“He runs so much in training. And it shows in the match that he covers a lot of distance.”
The Nigerian named Santi Cazorla as the ‘King’ of nutmegs and was full of praise for the Spaniard revealing he would want him in his 5-a-side team due to his ‘control of the game’ and technical skills saying he almost never gives the ball away.
The 20-year-old also mentioned other players such as Danny Welbeck as ‘Boss of the Gym’, Gabriel Paulista as someone who is never hesitant to tackle and hailed Per Mertesacker’s leadership skills by admitting he has the qualities to be a good coach.
