Arsenal striker Lucas Perez has been ruled out for three weeks due to a thigh problem, according to Goal.
The report claims that Perez, who was left out of the squad for the trip to West Brom, is now set for a spell on the sidelines due to the injury.
While the international break means Arsenal have a short break from Premier League football, Perez is still expected to miss the games against Manchester City and West Ham.
The news will be a further blow to Arsene Wenger who saw Petr Cech and Alexis Sanchez pick up injuries in the defeat at the Hawthorns.
Mesut Ozil is also struggling, with the Germany international ruled out of Saturday’s game due to a hamstring injury.
The injuries to key players come at a particularly bad time for Arsenal with the club on an awful run of form that is seriously threatening their top four hopes.

Defeat to West Brom was Arsenal’s fourth loss in their last five Premier League games that has seen them slip to fifth in the table.
Manchester United will overtake the Gunners on Sunday, should they beat Middlesbrough, while Liverpool can also move further away if they take points off Manchester City.
While Perez has made just two Premier League starts this season he has proven a more than useful addition to the squad with many supporters frustrated he has not been allowed more game time.
News of his injury will simply add to the misery surrounding the club at the moment as a season that started so promisingly now looks set to end in disappointment yet again.
