Arsenal have made Monaco midfielder Thomas Lemar their top summer transfer target, according to The Mirror.
The 21-year-old has played a key role in Monaco’s stunning season with the club on course to end a long wait to be crowned French champions.
Monaco also made it to the semi-finals of the Champions League before being knocked out by Juventus.
The club’s exciting, attacking style has won plaudits from all over Europe with many top clubs believed to be eyeing many of their key stars.
Kylian Mbappe, Fabinho, Bernardo Silva and Tiemoué Bakayoko have all been linked to a whole host of clubs and Lemar could be another man potentially on the move.
The midfielder has 14 goals and 11 assists in all competitions for Monaco this season, form good enough to see him called up to the France squad at the end of last year.

The report claims Lemar would cost at least £25m with Arsenal keen to revamp their squad this summer.
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Mbappe, of course, although the forward’s form this season has seen his price tag and it’s likely the Gunners could be priced rocket out a move, as Arsene Wenger has already admitted.
Lemar, however, is far more affordable and would bring pace, creativity and dynamism to an Arsenal midfield which has struggled this season largely due to injuries, with the absence of Santi Cazorla in particular having been keenly felt.
