Arsenal are prepared to sell Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain this summer, and eight other Gunners could follow him out of the exit door, according to the Independent.
Liverpool appear in pole position to sign the England international and are reportedly confident of landing him in a £30m deal.
However, there could be many more departures this summer with the Independent reporting the club are under pressure to cut their wage bill, to comply with new Premier League rules.
Olivier Giroud is one player who could also depart, with West Ham believed to be keen to sign him, potentially in a deal worth £20m.
The report goes on to claim that defenders Calum Chambers, Kieran Gibbs and Carl Jenkinson could also be sold, along with goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.
Chuba Akpom, Lucas Perez and Jack Wilshere are also mentioned, although the latter’s wage could prove problematic, particularly if he wanted to return to Bournemouth.

However, one man that will not be sold is Hector Bellerin, with Arsenal having reportedly told Barcelona he is not for sale at any price.
A squad overhaul looks to be needed after last season and it is starting to sound increasingly likely that Oxlade-Chamberlain will definitely depart.
It will be no surprise to see some of the fringe players also head away from the club, with Lucas Perez in particular, having made his frustration well-known.
The departures also suggest Arsenal should have the finances to offer Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez the improved deals, they are believed to want although whether they will sign them, frustratingly, remains to be seen.
