Italian media is reporting that Juventus and Wojciech Szczesny have reached an agreement ahead of the player’s impending transfer to the Italian giants (via Calcio Mercato).
The more time passes, the more unlikely it looks that Wojciech Szczesny will be an Arsenal player next season.
The Polish stopper has spent the last two seasons on loan at Roma since the arrival of Petr Cech but since returning to Arsenal has had one foot out the door.
Now, the 27-year-old has been left out of Arsenal’s squad for the pre-season tour of Australia amid reports that Juventus have agreed on terms with Sczcesny.
Calcio Mercato are the source reporting this and it seems unlikely that the Polish stopper will be anywhere other than the Juventus Stadium next season.
The Italian champions reportedly want Szczesny to serve as understudy to Gianluigi Buffon ahead of the Italian icon’s rumoured retirement next year.

It seems inevitable that Wojciech Szczesny will leave the club this summer. The Polish stopper has had the best two seasons of his career on loan at Roma and it seems that he has impressed almost every club in Italy. It’s a shame that things didn’t quite work out for him at the Emirates but hopefully, the club will get a good price for his transfer.
