Chelsea are reportedly set to make a £35 million bid for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with Antonio Conte keen to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
According to the Daily Star, the Blues have already offered £25m but are willing to increase their bid in an effort to land the England international.
The Ox is now into the final year of his current Arsenal deal and is believed to want wages of £120,000-per-week to remain at the Emirates.
Arsenal have reportedly baulked at his demands, but Chelsea have the finances to offer him an acceptable deal and it is believed he is tempted by the Blues.
The club can also offer Champions League football with Conte keen to strengthen and having been angered by the club’s transfer activity so far this summer.

Arsene Wenger has today insisted he wants the Ox to stay at Arsenal, claiming he can become a “very great player”.
Yet a new deal has not been signed and if Arsenal were to receive a big offer from Chelsea, they will have a difficult decision to make.
Currently Oxlade-Chamberlain seems to have little chance of playing in his favoured central midfield position at Arsenal, while his displays at wing-back have yet to truly convince.
It’s also surprising that the club have not managed to tie him to a new deal, particularly after repeatedly insisting he is the future at the club.
