We destroyed Lyon in our first Emirates Cup clash, with the likes of Mesut Özil, Aaron Ramsey, and young Alex Iwobi on the scoresheet in a 6-0 demolition.
Another win would surely see us lift the trophy for the first time in a few years, so we need to continue our fine form against the Bundesliga runners up.
With just a day between the two games, we are likely to see a massively changed side. Most players who didn’t get a start against Lyon are likely to take to the field, but there are a number of players who definitely won’t feature.
Alexis Sanchez and David Ospina are both still on extended holidays (via The Independent), and will therefore play not part this weekend.
We also have a number of injuries, with Danny Welbeck, Mathieu Flamini, and Tomas Rosicky all sidelined (via Arsenal.com).
Welbeck and Rosicky are certain not to play, with both men suffering with knee injuries (via Arsenal.com). Flamini may be fit enough to feature, after picking up an ankle knock earlier in pre-season.

Wenger claimed he was hoping to give every fit player 90 minutes over the weekend (via Arsenal.com), so we should also see young Jeff Reine-Adelaide some more game time.
A win will all but guarantee us the Emirates Cup, with Villarreal needing to beat Lyon and score two or more goals to overtake us even before we’ve played. Even if we don’t win we should still clinch the cup, with our 6-0 win over the Ligue 1 side giving us a fantastic start.
