Arsenal have suffered yet another injury problem in defence with Petr Cech reportedly ruled out of the FA Cup final due to injury, with David Ospina set to start in his place.
The Guardian report that Cech picked up a minor injury in training and is devastated at missing out on the showpiece against his former side Chelsea at Wembley.
It is yet another blow for the Gunners who are already without Laurent Koscielny due to suspension while Gabriel is out with a knee problem and Shkodran Mustafi is a huge doubt after suffering concussion.
Ospina will now step into the side and play behind what will be an unfamiliar back-line with Rob Holding and Per Mertesacker looking certainties to feature although whether Arsene Wenger will return to a back four or keep with a three remains to be seen.
There is some good news on the injury front with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain fit and available and having looked good at right-wing back in recent weeks before his latest injury.
For Ospina, who is widely expected to leave this summer, there is now the chance to finish the season, and possibly his Arsenal career on a high.
