Suarez had previously pointed to his treatment by the English media in explaining his desire to leave Liverpool but it is understood that the ongoing absence of Champions League football was highlighted on Monday when his agent, Pere Guardiola, met Liverpool officials.
Arsenal have already made a £30 million bid and, although Liverpool will not consider offers below £40 million, Suarez’s latest remarks will give Arsene Wenger hope that a deal is still feasible.
The development will alert Manchester City and Chelsea, who can also offer Suarez the chance of playing Champions League next season .
According to Daily Mail ,he said :
It’s good to know that I am still valued by teams like Arsenal.
Friends call me up to ask if I am moving to Chelsea, to which I laugh. The important thing in the market, whatever else has happened, is for teams to continue to value me for what I’ve done as a player on the pitch.

There are several options. There are two or three interested clubs and Liverpool know about this.
There have been no offers yet, but Liverpool know exactly what is going on and what I want.
My agent is in charge, he knows what I want, I am resting and relaxed. I am due back in about ten days, on the 21st of July, a phone call could change everything.
You never know what can happen. But now all goes well, I am calm.
Guardiola met Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers and managing director Ian Ayre on Monday and, although he did not submit a formal transfer request on behalf of his client, he reiterated that Suarez sees his future away from Anfield.
The Gunners are the only club to have made a serious enquiry about Suarez but the figure was some way below the £40m fee in his contract that stipulates he can seek permission to speak to clubs prepared to offer that figure.
Suarez scored 30 goals in all competitions last season and has a contract with the club until 2018, having signed a new deal last summer, just 18 months after joining from Ajax.
Although highly unlikely it remains to be seen if Arsenal up their offer for Suarez, with some reports suggesting the north London outfit only bid for the forward in an attempt to speed up their own negotiations with Real for Gonzalo Higuain .With Suarez suggesting he could leave its out of Liverpool’s hands now and all Arsenal need to do is go back with an improved bid.
What do you say Gooners?
