Stadium: VEB Arena
Kick-Off (GMT): Thu 12 April 20:05

The Gunners carried a 4-1 aggregate lead into this match but that seemed like a flimsy scoreline in the early exchanges.
Two goals either side of half-time and the home side were 2-0 ahead. Both Fyodor Chalov and Kirill Nababkin followed up on Petr Cech saves to score.
Arsenal needed to respond and, fortunately, it came. Mohamed Elneny produced Arsenal’s first real bit of quality in the match as he slid it through for Danny Welbeck to score.
