Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has stated that he is looking forward to building a better understanding with Jack Wilshere now that the two midfielders have put their injury problems behind them.
The Welshman and his English team-mate have endured long spells on the sidelines but they were in action together on the opening day of the Emirates Cup as Arsenal came from behind to draw 2-2 with Napoli.
According to Arsenal official website, he said :
Me and Jack have both been out for long periods of time with injury and we haven’t had the opportunity to play with each other that often.
Hopefully now we’re both back fit we’ll have more of an opportunity to play together. We understand each other and we’ve been training together for a while. I played with Tomas [Rosicky] towards the end of last season and that seemed to work so it’s only getting stronger as the season goes on.
The injury I had takes a while to get over and to get mentally back into it. But I feel really good at the moment. I’m happy with my form and can’t wait for the season to get going now to get back and hopefully kick on from where I left off.

The lads are confident [about the new season]. We had a great run-in at the end of last season and we’ve carried on from where we left off.
Even though it’s still pre-season, we want to keep this unbeaten run that we’re on. Hopefully we can do that again tomorrow [against Galatasaray] and then against Man City the following week. That will be a good test before the season starts.
Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere are both talented young midfielders who will play a crucial role for Arsenal in the near future . Wilshere’s game is more about superb blasts of pace to beat defenders and looking to create chances while Ramsey is more of a distributor who passes the ball around, with his everlasting engine, always helps out where he is needed.
Both didn’t play many games together due to their respective injuries worries but it would be great to see them team up in the upcoming season.Playing alongside each other week in week out will allow them to learn each others game and forge a partnership that benefit the Arsenal team for many years to come.
Aaron Ramsey personally had a very good season and hopefully he is back to his best after struggling to return to form from a career threatening injury which he suffered 3 years back against Stoke. He has been the top tackler for Arsenal last season and he also has the best tackle success ratio.
