Theo Walcott‘s contract saga finally seems to be over, with reliable reports suggesting the England international has signed a new four year deal with the club.
BBC’s David Ornstein took to Twitter to deliver the news, with Walcott allegedly signing a £140k per week deal that will keep him at the club until 2019.

The pacy forward has become one of the highest paid players at the club, joining the likes of Mesut Özil and Alexis Sanchez at the top of the wage bracket.
It’s fantastic that we’ve got this situation sorted now, as it wouldn’t be good for the club were it to drag on any longer. Walcott may not be as vital to the success of the club as he was a few seasons ago, but he has shown his quality and his ability to play as a lone striker in recent games.
