Theo Walcott scored twice in quick succession against West Bromwich Albion at the Emirates, with the pacy forward making it 2-0 with less than 14 minutes on the clock.
After firing us into the lead with a fantastic strike early on, he doubled his tally with a clever finish just ten minutes later.
Some poor defending saw the ball drop at his feet, but he still had plenty of work to do. He dinked his way past a couple of defenders, before toe poking the ball into the bottom corner and past a helpless Boaz Myhill.
Walcott hasn’t found game time easy to come by since his return from injury, but he certainly hasn’t lost his sharpness. He has caused Tony Pulis’ side no end of problems so far, and they don’t look capable of handling him.

A good performance from him today will put pressure on Olivier Giroud, whose mini goal drought could potentially see him dropped for the FA Cup final next weekend. Walcott will be hoping to start the game at Wembley, and you would expect he’d prefer to be up front rather than out wide.
