Our U-19 side continues their involvement in the Durban International Cup, but after beating Celtic 4-2, we couldn’t continue the run and were defeated by PSV Eindhoven in a 1-0 loss.
However, Gedion Zelalem produced the moment of the match with an outrageous piece of skill to completely fool the defender while positioned next to the corner flag.
Zelalem was included in the squad that traveled to Singapore last month, but his lack of involvement in the Emirates Cup suggests that first team opportunities may be scarce for him this season.
Considering that he was involved in the competition over the past few years, it could be viewed as a setback in his development after catching the attention of many during the pre-season tour of Asia in 2013.
Arsenal transfer news
