As the season draws to a close, the focus has inevitably turned to the gossip columns and the potential signings the club will make this summer.
After the result on Monday, the deficiencies in our squad are clear and still remain despite our recent unbeaten run. If we’re to challenge for the league title next season, then these issues must be addressed.
David Ospina’s error has highlighted our need for a shot-stopper and after we failed to score for the second home game in succession, our attack may not be as potent as many believe.

Christian Benteke
The Aston Villa front-man has regained the form he showed during his debut season in English football and has proceeded to single-handedly drag his side away from the relegation zone.
As we continue to look for a centre-forward capable of leading the line and firing us to a league title, doubts remain whether or not Olivier Giroud is that man.
Benteke had been linked with us recently (via the Daily Star) and is a self-proclaimed Arsenal fan (via Daily Mail).
He has the pace, power and guile to star in a team like ours.
Burnley:
Danny Ings
The England forward isn’t linked to us but could be a decent back-up option should we undergo a reshuffle of our forward-line come the summer.
Yaya Sanogo, Lukas Podolski and Joel Campbell are all out on loan and it would be a huge surprise to see any of the trio remain beyond the summer transfer window.
With Theo Walcott also in a midst of a contractual stand-off, Wenger could be tempted by a free move for Ings.
