Despite numerous other reports to the contrary, the Daily Star has claimed that Aaron Ramsey will be back for Arsenal’s key, last 16 Champions League tie with AS Monaco on February 25.
Numerous news sources reported yesterday that the Welsh midfielder would be out of action for around a month after limping off against Leicester City on Tuesday and would definitely miss the clash with the Ligue 1 side.
However, the report from the Star now claims Arsenal have received a double boost with Alexis Sanchez available this weekend in the FA Cup.
Ramsey, meanwhile, will only miss the visit of Middlesbrough and the trip to Crystal Palace next weekend before returning for the key last-16 European tie against Monaco.
