Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin is looking for us to defeat Liverpool and send out a message to the rest of the Premier League about our ambitions to win the title, The Evening Standard reports.
Bellerin came of age in last season’s corresponding fixture after netting a sensational strike to start off a rapid nine-minute period as we raced into a 3-0 lead before half-time.
The Spaniard has become our first-choice option in that position following the injury problems suffered by Mathieu Debuchy over the past 12 months.
For Bellerin, it’s all about registering a win against top class opposition.

“Liverpool are one of the sides that are going to be up there, so getting a win will be a great boost,” Bellerin told The Evening Standard.

“It will tell all the teams we came into this season to be at the top.”
Bellerin and Aaron Ramsey have built-up a solid understanding down our right side, with the Welshman’s tendency to drift in-field a perfect opportunity for Bellerin to maraud down the touchline.
It was that side of the pitch which hurt Liverpool in April and should Wenger field them together again at the Emirates Stadium, we could be set for another win.
With Jordan Ibe also set to start for the Reds, Bellerin will need to be wary of his duties defensively.
