The Argentine is hot property at the moment, and is being chased by a number of top European clubs.
We look to be in a good position to sign him however, and Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini even claims we are among a number of teams to have already placed a bid.
“Dybala is not Sergio Aguero but the new [Lionel] Messi,” he is quoted as saying by the Express.
“He’s not an out-and-out striker, but operates in every area of the field, like Messi.

“Will he stay? No, because the player and his agent aspire to a big club, and they’re right to do so. I’ve already received at least four offers.
“Two were from Italian clubs, and two were from abroad, and they include Arsenal and Juventus.”
We have been excellent so far this season, but the striking position is arguably one that needs strengthening ahead of the new campaign.
Olivier Giroud has been outstanding, but we cannot expect him to play every single game of every season. Danny Welbeck has shown glimpses of quality, but so far he has looked ill suited to the lone forward role.
The former Manchester United man hasn’t had much experience playing there, and looks far better when deployed on the wing.
Dybala may be the answer, but we are facing competition from a host of other teams – including Chelsea, Roma, Juventus, PSG, and Manchester United.
