The January transfer window may have come and gone, but Arsene Wenger is still dipping his toes into the transfer market.
Arsenal have completed the signing of 15-year-old sensation Jay Beckford, whose former club Leyton Orient announced the news on their official website.
The fee has not been released, but we do know that it is subject to the Elite Player Performance Programme compensation agreement.
He was highly regarded at Orient, and it looks as though he will be sorely missed.

Academy director Andy Edwards wished him all the best on his future at Arsenal however, and labelled him one of the most exceptional players in the youth setup.
“He has been a credit to the club all the time he has been here,” he said.
“We are disappointed to lose him. We wish him all the best at Arsenal.
“We have got some exceptional players in our academy, of which Jay is one.”
We are known for our youth academy, so it’s important that new blood is continually pumped into it.
A number of talented young stars have come out of the system, but perhaps not as many as the fans would have liked.
Hopefully the young striker will prove to be a success in an Arsenal shirt, and perhaps some day we will see him turning out for the first team.
