Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly the favourites to sign FC Barcelona transfer negotiator, Raül Sanllehí who is set to leave the Spanish side (via Sport Witness).
One of the main areas which Arsenal seem drastically behind the competition both domestically and across Europe is at transfer negotiation.
The Gunners have been prone to panic deals, long drawn out transfer sagas and contract negotiations in recent years.
Arsenal’s current transfer negotiator is Dick Law and it was announced last month that the American will be leaving the club.
Step forward Raül Sanllehí, the FC Barcelona transfer negotiator who is set to leave the club after overseeing some of the world’s biggest deals including the transfers of Neymar and Luis Suarez.

Spanish publication Sport claims that both Arsenal and Manchester City are the favourites to sign Sanllehí who is reportedly good friends with Arsenal chief executive, Ivan Gazidis.
It remains to be seen whether the Gunners will bring in Sanllehí. The opportunity to sign someone at board level with this much experience doesn’t come around very often and it could be worth pursuing. Arsenal are lacking in so many areas but transfer negotiation is near the top of the list.
