Arsenal have been given encouragement in their reported pursuit of Nabil Fekir after the player’s agent admitted he’s unsure if he will be at Lyon next season (via The Metro).
He’s the sort of player which Arsenal have gone all-out to sign in the past and would certainly suit the squad well.
Nabil Fekir is a 24-year-old France international for Lyon who has been tracked by Arsenal for a number of years.
He was reportedly a Gunners target from a young age but the player’s incredible performances this season seem to have amplified that interest.
Fekir has scored 16 goals in 22 Ligue 1 matches so far this season and now, the player’s agent has been asked about where his client will be playing next season.

“It’s too early to talk about it,” Jean-Pierre Bernes told Telefoot.
“We have time, that’s the straight line. “There are important goals and he is already in a big club.
“After considering my relationship with [Lyon president] Jean-Michel Aulas, we will make the best decision.”
Arsenal have, of course, dealt with Lyon and Jean-Michel Aulas. They signed Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon just last summer after the player struck up an impressive partnership with Fekir. Rekindling that would be of huge benefit to Arsenal.
