The Spaniard is a real fan favourite at Arsenal and has been instrumental in our success over the last few years. He was arguably the first of our top quality signings as we entered our new financial era, with Mesut Özil and Alexis Sanchez following him to the Emirates.
You can hear how much the Arsenal fans love him whenever he’s on the field, with the ‘Oh Santi Cazorla’ chant among the most popular at the club.
During a Twitter Q&A Cazorla was asked what he thought of the chant, and to the delight of Arsenal fans claimed it was the highlight of his career so far.

Cazorla has spent a large part of this season injured, and we’ve seen just how much we miss him during his absence. Our midfield just hasn’t been the same without the diminutive maestro, and the sooner he’s back from injury the better. Injuries have once again threatened to destroy our season, but the loss of Cazorla has arguably been the most significant. His role in the team is less noticeable since he moved deeper, but he still unquestionably plays a huge part.
