Arsenal hero Ian Wright has urged chief executive Ivan Gazidis to land Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema with strong reports linking us to the Frenchman (via the Metro).
Is Benzema coming or not? Please make it happen Ivan.

Following the arrival of Petr Cech last month, movement on other potential targets haven’t been forthcoming and Wright has made it clear who he wants to see arrive.
At the start of the window, it was clear that we needed to strengthen three areas of the pitch. A goalkeeper, holding midfielder and a top class striker was the prerequisite for a sustained title challenge.
We have successfully addressed one key area, but our lack of movement in the market suggests that Arsene Wenger may be planning to head into next season without adding any more players.

The squad we currently have is capable of challenging for the title, but with finances no longer issue, Wenger should leave no stone unturned in our quest.
If we’re to fall short once again come May, fans may well look to our inactivity in this window as a major missed opportunity in our bid to clinch a first league title since 2004.
