Arsenal legendary right-back Lauren praised Hector Bellerin and believes the talented youngster has all the ingredients to become the worlds best full-back.
Coming from one of the clubs most decorated right-backs, the praise will be immense for the 21-year-old who has established himself as one of the Premier League’s finest defenders since breaking through in 2015.
The Spaniard international has impressed Lauren enough to suggest if he continues on his current trajectory, Bellerin can become one of the world’s best.
“Hector is world class,” Lauren told Arsenal.com.
“He’s still young and he still needs to work on some things, but he’s a very, very good player and a very good right-back.
“If he carries on the way he’s going, he can become the best right-back in the world.”

The Spaniard was sorely missed during the recent absence through injury, but is now back to his best. Although he has all of the ingredients, it is fair to say he still has a number of creases to iron out. But you can see improvements from month to month and his defensive capabilities have been very impressive especially his ability to read a tackle that has proven crucial on a number of occasions this season.
His prowess in the final third has been a particular plus, laying on two assists this season with his pace scaring left-backs. Combined with Theo Walcott, the right-flank has been a successful attacking outlet this season.
Will Bellerin become the finest right-back on the planet? He certainly has all the ingredients and is at the right club to flourish.
